Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee on product price starting from the date your order is delivered. Any initial and/or return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping Return Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Sale Price Matching

If you ordered within 14 days prior to a sale (includes Black Friday / CyberMonday sales) and you contact us during the sale (email, chat, or phone) to request a price match on your order, we will partially refund your prior order to match the lower sale price.

Holiday Returns

If you order on November 1st or after and the order is a holiday gift, the Refund Policy is extended to 14 days after December 25th.

Is the shipping box big?

Yes, each kit measures 24″ x 24″ x 5″ (61cm x 61cm x 12.5cm) and weighs 16 lbs (7.3 kg).  It’s a big and heavy box to ship.

Is Shipping just the actual cost?

Yes, the Shipping amount is the actual cost to pack and ship your parcel.  There is no markup nor profit added to the Shipping cost.
